Why we exist
Canadian businesses are being told they need AI, mostly by vendors selling it. What they actually need is someone who understands their operations, can tell them honestly where AI will and won’t pay off, and can then build it properly.
Our background is in running business operations, not just technology. We have sat on the operations side of the table: managing service delivery, staff, budgets, clients and risk. So we talk to leaders about what they care about — throughput, margin, compliance, liability and people — and translate the technology into those terms.
We are vendor-neutral, we publish our prices, and we measure every engagement in hours saved and dollars returned.
