Automation Canada respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, organization and message — so we can reply to you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Messages sent through our contact form are processed in Microsoft Azure’s Canada Central region and delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox, which is hosted in Canada. The form does not store your details anywhere else.

We store other business records with providers that offer Canadian data storage wherever practical.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@automationcanada.ca.
